The Espresso is an irresistible coffee and we have worked relentlessly on it's roast profile to get the most flavour possible out of the beans. This coffee is best served as an espresso, cortado, flat white or latte. However it can certainly be enjoyed as a filter coffee too and it certainly doesn't disappoint!
Thanks to the dry and hot winds that blow from Mexico’s Tehuantepec plain, the Huehuetenango region is protected from the cold and has a great climate for growing speciality coffee. The winds allows for cultivation at high altitudes of beans with a fine intense acidity, full body and delightful notes present in many coffees from this region.
